There are also many different ways to conduct a test, ranging from a simple quiz to an in-depth analysis of a complex system. Some of these tests are called standardized tests.

If a test is not developed by a student, it is usually developed by a professional.

A test case should be categorized by its type. It is a group of similar or overlapping tests. They should be written by the same author, but differ from each other in their approach. They should be organized according to the scope of the project. In many cases, a test case can be broken down into smaller components, such as a single feature.
