Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We're confident you'll love your website. That's why we let you see a preview before you pay. If you're not 100% satisfied with the final result, we'll keep working until you are — or give you a full refund.
Preview Before Payment
Unlike most web design companies, we show you a complete preview of your website before asking for any payment. This means:
- You can see exactly what your website will look like
- You can request changes and revisions at no cost
- You only pay when you're completely satisfied
- There's zero risk in getting started
Because of this preview-first approach, refund requests are rare — but we understand that circumstances change. Here's our policy:
Full Refund Scenarios
You are entitled to a full refund if:
- Before approval: You change your mind at any point before approving the final design — no questions asked
- We can't deliver: We are unable to complete your project for any reason on our end
- Major misrepresentation: The final product is substantially different from the approved preview
- Within 7 days of payment: You are not satisfied with the final website and we cannot resolve your concerns
Partial Refund Scenarios
You may be entitled to a partial refund if:
- 8-30 days after payment: You wish to cancel after the website has launched (refund minus hosting costs and work completed)
- Scope reduction: You want to reduce the scope of the project after payment (difference will be refunded)
- Package downgrade: You want to switch to a lower-tier package (difference will be refunded)
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- After 30 days: More than 30 days have passed since payment and the website has been launched and functioning
- Approved work: You approved the design and we delivered exactly what was approved
- Third-party issues: Problems caused by third-party services, your hosting provider (if not using ours), or domain registrar
- Customer-caused delays: Project cancelled due to failure to provide requested materials or feedback for more than 60 days
- Terms violation: Your account was terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions
Hosting and Domain Refunds
Hosting
Your first year of hosting is included in your package price. Refunds for hosting work as follows:
- First year (included): Hosting costs are not separately refunded if you cancel within the first year
- Renewal refunds: If you cancel your hosting renewal within 30 days of being charged, you'll receive a full refund for that renewal
- Prorated refunds: After 30 days into a renewal period, refunds are not available
Domain
Domain registration fees are generally non-refundable because:
- Domain registrations are processed immediately with the registry
- Domains are registered in your name and become your property
- Registry fees are non-refundable to us
If you cancel your project, you keep your domain name and can transfer it to another provider.
Add-On Services
For add-on services purchased separately from packages:
- Content writing: Refundable before content is delivered; non-refundable after delivery
- Logo design: Refundable before final files are delivered; non-refundable after delivery
- Social media setup: Refundable before accounts are created; non-refundable after setup is complete
- Additional pages: Refundable before pages are built; non-refundable after pages are completed
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your name, business name, and order details
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Allow 2-3 business days for us to review your request
We will respond to your request within 2-3 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles depending on your bank.
