Last Updated: December 2025
Criminal Talk is committed to accuracy. When we make mistakes, we correct them promptly and transparently.
Types of Corrections
Corrections: We issue corrections for factual errors that significantly affect the meaning or understanding of an article. Corrections are clearly labeled and appear at the end of the article with a note indicating what was changed and when.
Clarifications: When information was technically accurate but potentially misleading or unclear, we issue clarifications to provide additional context or explanation.
Updates: For developing stories, we add updates as new information becomes available, clearly marking when updates were added.
How to Report an Error
If you believe we have made an error, please contact us with the following information: the article title and URL, a description of the error, any supporting documentation or sources, and your contact information.
Email corrections to: [email protected]
Our Process
When we receive a correction request, we review the claim against our original sources, conduct additional research if necessary, consult with the original reporter and editors, and make corrections promptly if an error is confirmed.
Timing
We strive to respond to correction requests within 48 hours and to publish corrections as quickly as possible once an error has been verified.
